This Privacy Statement explains how the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) collects, uses, and protects personal data processed through the BIMP-EAGA-Republic of Korea Cooperation Fund (BKCF) online system (the "BKCF System"). GGGI operates the BKCF System in its capacity as Fund Depository of the BKCF, on behalf of the Republic of Korea and in cooperation with relevant BKCF governance bodies.
GGGI is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals and to processing personal data in accordance with GGGI's Rules on Protection of Personal Data.
1. Rules
Purpose of Processing
Processing grant applications, proposal evaluation and selection of grantee.
Recipients
GGGI units involved in selection process, including Procurement Office, grant manager and evaluation committee.
Type of Personal Data
- Identification information (such as name, gender, nationality, phone number, address, email address)
- Professional information (such as CVs, experience certificate)
- Declaration relating to criminal activities
- Other information provided by the applicants (such as registration or incorporation certificates, bank statements)
Legal Basis
- Performance of a contract to which you are a party or in order to take steps necessary prior to entering into a contract
- Compliance with a legal obligation and exercise of the authority vested in GGGI's rules and procedures on selection and contracting of grantees
- Your consent for processing criminal data
Retention Period
5 years from inactive status
